We all remembered Jojo Siwa as that girl with bright motifs and that ponytail with a bow that looked painful.
Welll things have changed. Apparently, she's rebranding and turning into a "bad girl". Out of the many things she could've done, this is what she chose..
Anyways, the music video was visually interesting. Seems that she had the budget to spare with that yacht. Her outfit is dark with rhinestones and with that black paint around her eyes that people jokingly remarked looked like villains from Miraculous Ladybug. There were various symbolisms such as her submerging into the sea in a white outfit, then emerging in black which shows her transition from the good to the bad side.
The lyrics are simple and it reflects the karma she's gotten from "fooling around", her ex-partner cheating on her, and calling her ex's new partner "boring".
Overall, while I painstakingly don't want to admit it, the song is kinda catchy. It's like an earworm you want to get rid of. The MV is not kid-friendly, so children shouldn't view it or it will probably ruin their hopes and perception of the Jojo Siwa they've known and loved.
Here are some of the notable comments from people :
"Her coming out of the water reminds me of Moto Moto from Madagascar".
"Why is she humping that girl aggressively?!"
"Kids gonna be calling themselves "emo" now 'cause they listen to Jojo Siwa".
